1. Items once sold are non-cancellable & non refundable
2. Size can be selected with the help of size chart available to user within website.
3. In conditions where a customer ordered wrong item they can report it to grades store through mails & phone or can send an exchange request online from their registered account.
4. If a customer is willing to exchange product through home delivery they will have to bear an additional delivery charges QR 70/-.
5. Grades store logistics will take care of exchange & delivery back.
6. In case of damage or any other defects under acceptable exchange limits customer will have to report to grades store through mails within 7 days and a plan of action will be shared & implemented by the grades store simultaneously.
7. Customer is requested to provide exchange items in proper undamaged packing, undamaged tags invoice& order slip otherwise no exchange will happen.
8. All exchanges will take place within 30 days from the day of order received.
9. In case of unavailable sizes customer are requested will be guided accordingly. to come at pop up shop at the respective schedule for measurements.
10. Swim wear are not subject to exchanges or refunds for hygienic reasons.
11. If the school is closed parents are requested to kindly opt for home delivery or if they choose ‘POP UP’ delivery they will have to wait to receive their items until the school reopens.
